Are you ready to say goodbye to burnout forever?
You can keep searching for that job that promises better work/life balance. You can continue booking vacations that are intentionally out of cell phone range. You can promise yourself you won’t work late again. Or that after this project, it will get better.
I’ve done it all. But here’s the thing. Those things are just bandaids for burnout, and you need the cure.
Until you change the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that lead to burnout, you’ll keep falling into the same traps over and over again.
It’s time to try something different.
Stop burning out. Start shining bright.
I can help you get unstuck and recover from burnout, with support, coaching, and guidance every step of the way. Just as burnout doesn’t happen overnight, it takes some time to resolve it as well. That’s why I work with my clients for a minimum of four months, meeting weekly and working through my simple 3-part program together.
The Program
-
Reset
Reset focuses on creating the space and grace for rest — and doing it without guilt. We’ll set boundaries, curate your selfcare toolkit, design a Personal Retreat Day, and explore the benefits of intentional rest.
-
Redesign
Redesign starts with an inventory of your energy followed by an exploration of the beliefs that are leading to burnout. We then apply the insights gleaned from those exercises to redesign your world so you never burnout again.
-
Rediscover
Rediscover is centered around getting back in touch with the people, places, and things that light you up inside. We’ll explore your passions, delve into pleasure, and pinpoint your purpose.
Together, we’ll:
Explore the conscious and unconscious ways you set yourself up for burnout
Heal the core beliefs that result in overwork and overwhelm
Develop self-care strategies bespoke to you
Identify your core values and then use them to make decisions
Set boundaries and learn how to communicate them clearly
Reconnect with what lights you up inside and start spending more time there
Release the stronghold of “shoulds” and ask for what you need
Practice intentional rest, so you feel restored and rejuvenated
Work through the fear, doubt, anxiety that comes with letting go
Meet yourself with compassion when things aren’t going the way you’d hoped
Overcome perfectionistic and people-pleasing tendencies and live into the idea of “good and enough”
I know what it’s like to know that things need to change, but but not to know how.
To dream about quitting your job, but to stay because you’re the breadwinner.
To return from vacation only to feel stressed again on your first day back.
To take your frustrations out on loved ones and teammates.
To need more than manicures and massages to truly reset.
To be so overwhelmed that even the things that used to bring you joy don’t do the trick anymore.
To feel like the weight of the world is all on you.
To feel like you can’t say no.
To feel stuck, hopeless, and just plain tired.
And to keep burning out, over and over again.
I also know that nothing has gone wrong.
You’re exactly where you’re meant to be. You’re not broken. You’re human. And that means you’re just not wired to fully believe you can do something you’ve not yet done.
But I will help you get there.
“Tell me, what else should I have done?
Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon?
Tell me, what is it you plan to do
With your one wild and precious life?”
Mary Oliver, The Summer Day
